Merchants using XpressDeliva may receive limited Customer information necessary to fulfil transactions.

Merchants must:

  • protect Customer information;

  • not sell Customer information;
  • not use Customer information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis;
  • comply with applicable data-protection requirements.

45. RIDER PRIVACY RESPONSIBILITIES

Riders may receive limited information necessary to complete delivery.

Riders must not:

  • photograph Customer information unnecessarily;
  • copy Customer information;
  • retain information after legitimate need;
  • contact Customers for unrelated purposes;
  • sell or disclose Customer information;

46. PARTNER DATA PROTECTION

Partners are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection obligations relating to information they independently collect or process.

Depending on the transaction, XpressDeliva and the Partner may have separate or joint responsibilities under applicable law.
